Full course description
Actionable Diversity and Inclusion at Work (Hybrid)
To build an inclusive culture, it’s time to shift from talking about diversity and inclusion to acting on them. This powerful hybrid boot camp is designed to strengthen both diversity awareness and inclusive practices within organizations. Suitable for employees and managers at any level, this class will help employees understand diversity, learn the types of diversity that exist, and the origins of differences. This course discusses how diversity affects the individual and teams of employees to impact the whole organization. The business case for diversity and inclusion as they affect the company's bottom line is also addressed.
